30 Days of Strength is a strength oriented program designed to increase your muscle mass, improve performance and stamina. It is based on bodyweight resistance training and includes HIIT and ab routines to help with definition. Bodyweight strength training will help increase your muscle bulk and density and the HIIT workouts included will help you optimise the muscle you have gained through high-intensity performance.
